How to cope with stress???don’t ask me....I don’t know either....well,,if I’m stuck in stress,,I’m usually::
- Scream-out-loud (and I’ll suffer from sore throat)
- Swallow sleeping pills (and I’ll suffer from terrible headache)
- Take a bath
Watching tv(wasting my time)- Help my mother with chores (good girl,hah!)
- Play with my little brother (end with his shout-cry)
- Do some crazy things (make a doodle on a piece of paper and tossed it away, mess my room up, swallow numerous of hypnotic, etc)
